*Support Time includes any WordPress website task that takes us less than 30 minutes to complete and typically covers things like adding upcoming events, newsletter articles, new products, a testimonials section or a staff profile section to your website. Small tasks may also include plugin research and setup, simple theme or style changes, configuring forms, and general WordPress questions and assistance. These tasks do not cover advanced features such as landing page design and build, a complete online shop or membership section. All small task requests must be submitted via designated email address.
**Overage billed at our standard hourly support rate with a half-hour minimum.
***If your current website hosting plan needs an upgrade, we'll suggest a compatible plan for you.
****Standard software license fees including premium plugin fees included in your website project build. Additional software license fees may be required to meet your website needs.
Care Plan Payments
No Long Term Contracts. Cancel at any time.
All plans are month-to-month. There is no contract for any of these plans and you are free to cancel any time. These plans are offered on a subscription basis and do need to be paid monthly in advance.
