Without website hosting, your website can’t be seen or found. To get your website online, we need to join your website hosting with a domain name and then we publish your website files on the Internet for everyone to enjoy!

We will determine whether it is something the hosting company needs to fix or something that is covered by your website care plan. We will provide documentation and video tutorials to assist you in using your website once it is launched. No matter what, we’re always here for you!

The time it takes for your website to appear on page 1 of Google depends on a number of factors. We will install Google Analytics software on your new website and show you how to log into your Google analytics account where you can see a wide range of statistics about your website including number of visits, page views than the amount of time people are spending on your website.

We use a video training library and manual for learning the basic WordPress functions and features, which will always be present in your website dashboard. If you join a Care Plan, our team also creates customized training videos teaching you the exact steps to edit your website and the custom solutions that were created for your brand. You’ll be able to go back and watch those videos at any time, at your pace. We also offer live Zoom meeting trainings as an option in addition to your video library.
