Transforming Farmward’s Website into a Powerful, Easy-to-Manage Marketing Platform

Farmward Cooperative partnered with Redwood Valley Technical Solutions to redesign their website into a modern, user-friendly platform that better serves both their members and internal team. The goal was not only to improve the online experience for producers, but also to give Farmward’s marketing team the tools they need to easily manage, update, and grow their digital presence.

The result is a streamlined, scalable website built on WordPress with an intuitive, drag-and-drop editor, making it simple to create content, launch campaigns, and keep information up to date. In addition to the public-facing website, a secure employee portal was developed to support internal communication and resource sharing, creating a more connected and efficient organization overall.

Project Goal

The primary goal was to enhance and optimize Farmward’s website into a reliable, easy-to-manage platform that supports both daily user needs and long-term marketing efforts. This included improving navigation, integrating real-time agricultural data, and creating a flexible structure that allows the internal team to confidently manage content without relying on developers.

A secondary goal was to provide a centralized internal space for employees to access resources, improving communication and reducing administrative workload.

We developed a secure, mobile-friendly portal tailored to the needs of the staff and HR department. This internal site features a clean, Farmward-branded interface where employees can easily navigate to find forms, watch training videos, and check event schedules. It was built with easy management in mind, allowing the HR team to upload new resources or post notifications effortlessly.
